Manage members
Approve, suspend, kick and ban members, ban by Discord ID, and clear a profile.
Open Admin, Members. Tabs list All, Pending, Member, Suspended, Kicked and Banned, with a role filter and a search by name or Discord ID. Select rows to Assign Role, Remove Role, Suspend, Kick or Approve in bulk. Export CSV downloads the list.
Member actions
Each row's menu has:
- Approve: lets a pending member in.
- Suspend: they keep their roles but can't open any panel until unsuspended.
- Kick: roles are removed. Records and characters are kept and return if they rejoin.
- Ban: roles are removed and they can't rejoin by key or invite. Records are kept. Type their name to confirm.
- Unban: they can rejoin by key or invite.
Kicks, suspensions and bans need a reason. The owner can't be kicked, banned or suspended, and only the owner can act on an admin.
Ban by Discord ID
Ban By Discord ID bans someone before they ever join. Enter their Discord ID and a reason. They can't join by key or invite, and if they never signed in, the ban attaches to them on their first login. A current member with that ID is banned at once.
Clear a profile
Open the member under CMS, Roster, then their name. View Profile shows their community profile; Clear Profile empties the bio, pronouns, status line and links, resets the display name to the roster name and the photo to their Discord picture, and keeps the handle and visibility settings. The audit log keeps what was cleared, and the member can write a new profile straight away.
