CAD / MDT overview
The MDT for police, fire, EMS and dispatch, civilian records, and the DMV.
The CAD is the in-character side of Statewide. Emergency services sign on to the MDT and run calls; civilians keep characters, vehicles, firearms and licenses; DMV clerks approve licenses and registrations.
