Read the audit log and export data

See who changed what in your community, export your data as CSV, and control Statewide support access.

Audit log

Admin, Audit lists every change made in your community: who made it, what changed and when. Audit events are kept for the life of the community. Who can see it: Reference › Permissions.

Filter by Kind, Action (such as membership.) and Target type. Changes by Statewide staff show as "Statewide staff · Support" (or their role), never a name.

Export the audit log

Pick From (UTC) and To (UTC) dates and press Export CSV. A blank To means today and a blank From means 30 days before it. One export covers up to a year. IP addresses are left out unless you may see members' personal details.

CSV exports

Most admin lists have Export CSV: members, the roster (per department), applications, businesses, characters, the penal code, status codes, 10-codes, license types, postals and every lookup list. Exports of the audit log, the roster and characters are recorded in the audit log.

Admin overview

Admin opens on an overview: a setup checklist (logo, timezone, Discord, departments, penal code, application form and domain), your integrations (Discord, webhooks and domains, with any failing ones), pending approvals and applications, and the latest audit activity.

Support access

Statewide support can read your community's admin pages to help you, and every page they view is recorded in your audit log under Support access. They can't change anything unless you let them.

When support needs to make changes, they press Request Support Access with a reason. You get a notification. On Admin, Audit:

  1. Pick how long: 1, 4, 24 or 72 hours.
  2. Press Approve, or Deny.
  3. Revoke Access ends it early.

While access is on, a banner shows until when, and every view and change is recorded. Support can never create invites or reset your join key.
