Map Discord roles
Say what each Discord role grants in Statewide, from a role to a certification.
A mapping says: members with this Discord role get this in Statewide. Open Admin, Discord.
- Press Add Mapping.
- Pick the Discord role.
- Choose what it Grants (Role, Department, Reserve spot, Rank, Subdivision or Certification) and the target.
Changes sync five minutes after your last edit.
Good to know
- Mapping to a Role needs
community.roles; the other kinds needcommunity.departments. - In Discord managed and CAD managed, mapping a rank also maps its department to the same Discord role when the department isn't mapped yet. In Two-way, Statewide only warns, because holding that Discord role puts nobody on the roster. Map each department to a Discord role of its own.
- A mapping whose Discord role was deleted shows Stale and is never applied.
