Preview and run a sync

See what a Discord sync would change, apply it, or push your roster to Discord.

Open Admin, Discord to check or run a sync by hand.

  1. Press Sync Now. It shows what a sync would change now, member by member.
  2. Check the list and press Apply.

Only want to look? Preview Sync shows the same list without changing anything.

Push roster to Discord

In Two-way, Push roster to Discord previews the Discord role changes needed to match the roster, then applies them at five role changes a second. Unmapped and Not writable roles are never changed.

Limits

  • A preview older than 15 minutes must be run again.
  • After a sync, wait 10 minutes for the next one.
  • A failed Discord lookup never removes anything. If Statewide can't read Discord, it keeps every existing grant and says so on the page.
