Review applications
Move applications to interview, accept them or deny them.
Open CMS, Applications. Tabs split the queue into Submitted, Interview, Accepted, Denied, Withdrawn and All, with a Form filter, an applicant search and Export CSV.
Open an application to see its answers, the applicant's history and the timeline. Then:
- Move To Interview: pick a date and time in your local time (the community time is shown too) and an optional note. The applicant is told on Discord and on their status page.
- Accept Application: the dialog lists what happens. A department form puts them in the department at the form's rank (or the entry rank) with that rank's role, or adds the form's subdivision or certification to their existing seat. A community form makes their membership active (and, with Main and Civilian, adds their Civilian reserve seat). A role the form grants is added either way.
- Deny Application: pick a reason (Activity, Lore, Attitude or Other; Other needs a note). The applicant sees the note and the date they can apply again.
With Discord settings on the form, each decision also updates the applicant's Discord. See Give Discord roles on accept or deny.
