Choose who reviews
Limit a form's review queue to members holding certain roles.
Who reviews on a form picks up to five roles.
- Leave it empty and everyone with the review permissions sees and decides the form.
- Pick roles and only members who also hold one of them see and decide it.
- If every listed role was deleted, only the owner, admins and form editors see the form.
The owner, admins and form editors always see every form. The review queue, its counts and its form filter only show forms in your scope.
