Main and reserve spots

A member has at most one main department and can hold reserve spots in any number of others. Reserves are listed after the main members in their own Reserves section, and on the public department page.

• Adding someone who already has a main department makes the new spot a reserve. The toast says "Member added as a reserve".
• Make Main on a reserve row makes this department their main one. Their old main spot becomes a reserve.
• Joining by join code works the same way: a member with a main department joins as a reserve.
