See a member's details

Click a name on the roster to open the member: membership status, join and last-seen dates, Discord ID, and cards for:

• Departments: main or reserve, rank, callsign, badge, subdivisions and certifications.
• Roles, with where each came from: Manual, Discord, Rank or Join code.
• Promotions.

Edit Nickname sets the name shown on rosters in this community. View Profile opens the member's community profile, and Clear Profile empties it (see Clear a profile).

Email and IP history are not sent to the page at all. The Personal details card shows both as Hidden until someone allowed to see them presses Reveal.

• Reveal shows the account email (with Copy) and the last 10 IP addresses the member signed in from, each with when it was last used.
• Each reveal writes one member.pii_view row to the audit log, recording which details were viewed, never the values.
• The details stay on screen until you reload or leave the page.
• You can reveal up to 60 profiles an hour.

The Discord ID stays visible on the profile, the roster and its CSV.
