Starter defaults
The full lists every new community starts with, from status codes to dispositions.
The full defaults behind What a new community starts with. Everything here can be renamed, changed or deleted.
Departments and roles
Eight starter agencies with ranks, subdivisions, certifications and logos, and the starter roles (Member, Civilian, Officer, Firefighter, EMT, Dispatcher, DMV Clerk, Supervisor, Staff, Recruitment and Training). Only Member is given to new people by default.
Applications
- A community application form, ready and open, reviewed by the Recruitment role, with a 30-day wait to reapply after a denial.
- A closed hiring form for each starter department except DMV and Civilian.
- Two closed examples, BCSO K-9 and LSPD SWAT, open only to that department's members.
See Applications.
Status codes
Units set these on the MDT. Dispatchers get On Duty, Busy, Unavailable, Panic and Off Duty.
| Code | Label | Counts as | Hotkey |
|---|---|---|---|
| ONDT | On Duty | On duty | F1 |
| AVAIL | Available | Available | F2 |
| ENRT | En Route | En route | F3 |
| ONSCN | On Scene | On scene | F4 |
| BUSY | Busy | Busy | F5 |
| UNAVAIL | Unavailable | Unavailable | F6 |
| PANIC | Panic | Panic | None, use the PANIC button |
| OFFDT | Off Duty | Off duty | F8 |
| REPORT | Report Writing | Busy | None, pick from the menu |
| ADMIN | Administrative | Busy | None, pick from the menu |
| TRAINING | Training | Unavailable | None, pick from the menu |
| VEHSERVC | Vehicle Service | Unavailable | None, pick from the menu |
A unit on Report Writing or Administrative counts as Busy, so it isn't offered new calls. F7 and F9 to F12 are free. Edit codes, labels, colours and keys under Status codes.
Communities created before the last four statuses were added received them too, with no hotkey, and their Panic key was cleared so it can't be pressed by accident.
Call dispositions
Report Taken, Citation Issued, Warning Issued, Arrest Made, Handled, Referred to Other Agency, Unfounded, Gone on Arrival, Unable to Locate, False Alarm, Duplicate Call, Cancelled, Patient Transported, Patient Refused Care, Fire Extinguished and Civil Matter.
Statewide also keeps a Merged disposition, which it uses itself when calls are merged, so you can't remove it. See Default dispositions.
Codes and lists
- A full set of 10-codes and a San Andreas penal code, both replaceable in guided setup.
- Lookup lists for call natures, genders, race, eye and hair colour, license classes and endorsements, and vehicle data, plus the San Andreas cities, counties, areas and streets.
- License types: Driver License, Commercial Driver License, Motorcycle License, Boating License, Pilot License, Hunting License, Fishing License and Firearm Certification.
