Edit the penal code
Edit the charges officers pick from, and import or export them as CSV.
Admin, Penal Code holds the charges officers pick from, grouped by title. New communities start with the San Andreas code: 11 titles and 258 charges.
Charges
Each charge has a group (title), a code, a title, a description and a class:

| Felony | A to F | "No fine" when the fine is $0. |
Charges also carry a fine range (up to $10,000,000), jail time, bail and license points (up to 50). Filter by search, group and class. Groups manages the titles. If the list is empty, Restore San Andreas Code adds the starter set back.
Import and export
Export CSV writes these columns:
group,code,title,description,class,class_letter,fine_min,fine_max,jail_seconds,bail,points,enhancements,metadata,disabledImport CSV maps your file's columns before importing. It recognises the Statewide columns above and files exported from some other CAD tools, and accepts a single fine column for a fixed fine. Files can be up to 2 MB.
The preview counts each row as New, Update, Unchanged or Error, and lists Suggested classes for rows whose class it could work out (Accept all suggestions takes them). Skip rows with errors imports the rest. Replace all replaces your whole penal code with the file instead of merging it.
