Search and follow documents
How members search the knowledge base, rate pages and watch them for changes.
Members read documents in Documents in the member area.
- Search documents runs across every space the reader can see, with at least two characters, and shows nothing from spaces they can't open.
- Was this helpful? Readers answer yes or no. Editors see how many found the page helpful and how many didn't.
- Watch on a page notifies the member when it's republished, with the publish note. The author isn't notified, and neither is a watcher who can no longer read the page.
- Each page shows when it was last updated and by whom, and a link to any heading.
