Transfer members between departments
Move a department spot to another department with both departments' sign-off, then Administration finalizes.
A transfer moves one department spot, main or reserve, to a different department. Nobody can decide their own request.
- The member asks for a transfer.
- The leaving department releases the spot and the joining department accepts it with a rank, in either order.
- Administration finalizes, or it happens by itself if you turn that on.
Only the departments' own Head, Deputy head or Recruitment roles sign for a department. Administration's community-wide rights never do, so both departments must always sign. See Reference › Permissions.
